1. Application

 ZPL series rotary tablet press is designed for small or medium test or small multi-standard production. It’s mainly applied in pharamcy, food, chemistry, electron, ceramic industries,and it can press granule type material into tablet. This series is applicable to suppress the granular mateial( powder fineness is more than 100 mesh, and powder content is not more than 10% ).And, it does not apply to semi-solid, moist low melting point, easy to raw material and no particles of powder compacting material. This series is suitable for 4-25mm round& shaped tablet with lettering. This series can choose force feeder as optional parts in order to adapt to the suppression of powder material.The device should order seperatly when you buy machine.

General Introduction

This Semiautomatic auger filling machine consists of main parts, electrical cabinet, control box and weighing scale.
This machine could do weighing & filling work. Due to its special design, it is more suitable for packing easy-flowing material or hard-flowing powder material, such as milk powder, solid drink, sugar, dextrose, coffee, fodder, solid medicine, pesticide, powder-shape additive, and dyestuff, etc. Because of the specially-designed auger filling and real-time track, so the machine is with features of fast speed and precise accuracy.

Model WFJ Series Dust-Collecting

I. General idea:

Model WFJ Series Dust Collecting Fine Crushing Set is a kind of advanced crushing machine based on both absorbing and digesting the technology of other country and according with Chinese practical situation. Compared with other domestic crusher, this crushing set has the characteristics: technology stabilization; high producing-efficiency; beautiful appearance; changeable mesh; and low temperature at the crushing chamber. This crushing set is especially suitable to crush the sugar, spice, herb and other heat-sensitive material. This crushing set is made up of crushing part, pipes, discharging part, dust-collecting part and electronically-controlling cabinet. With winnowing, no screen, there is a grading fan in the crushing chamber to control the fineness of material and avoid the excessively crushing. The powder is conveyed to the cyclone separator by negative pressure, discharge from the gate blower, and dust is filtered and recovered through the dust-collecting cabinet. III. Crushing structure and Working Principle:

1. Crushing Structure

The mainframe is made up of frame, no-step motor, crushing chamber. There are crushing knives, grading device and crushing pan. The grading shaft is inside of crushing shaft. The seal of bearing is maze type.

1. Working Principle

Material is conveyed into the crushing chamber by screw conveyor through feeding hopper. The material is cut by both knife and fixed teeth ring and crushed by high speed rotating blade, at the same time influenced by high-frequency vibrating from the air vortex. The powder is lift by the rising air flow into grading device. The powder coarser than the grading mesh is just crushed continuously at the crushing chamber. The eligible mesh powder is taken out into the cyclone-separator through the centrifugal forge and discharge from the gate blower. The dust comes into dust-collecting cabinet to be filtered and recovered.

IV. Installment and Operation

1. Firstly open the packing case and check if the machine is broken during the transportation, then put the main frame, auxiliary on the ground and connect their pipes. Please give attention to add seal ring on the flange. Connect the grounding wire to keep safety.
2. Before the crusher works, please keep no metal at the crushing chamber. Please also need to check the screw and strap tight or loose, and the protection cover is safe or not.
3. Keep the motors work in order, and give attention the arrow direction which is the motor- running direction: Firstly start the induced fan, then start the crushing motor, grading motor, screw conveyor, discharging motor and pulse apparatus.
4. Let the crusher runs about five minute with feeding material, and the operator can watch the instruments. After the power currency is steady, then feed material into hopper, and at the same time, no allowing the currency more than the motor’s rating, otherwise reduces the feeding material to keep the crusher run normally.
5. You can stop the machine as follow: First stop the screw conveyor, after operating 5 minutes please stop the crushing motor, grading motor, pulse apparatus, induced fan, discharging motor.
6. You can change the rotating speed of grading wheel and adjust the production size at the same time by operating the infinitely variable speeder handle of grading apparatus. You can raise the speed if you want get more fine production, otherwise you can reduce the speed if you want to get big size production. Note: You only can adjust the grading wheel after starting the machine.

V. Maintence

1. Please inspect temperature rise of bearing in the working process. You should stop machine and inspect to find out the reason and eliminate the trouble after the temperature raise over 50°C.
2. The transmission belt is easy to become long when the new machine operating, so you should pay attention to the loose and tight of belt to insure the work period of belt.
3. Please inspect and change the wearing parts usually to insure production capacity.
4. Please inspect cutter and gasket ring, if they are worn, the production capacity will reduce and grain fineness will become big, so please change in time.
5. The principal machine and grading rolling contact bearing are oiled by NO2 white special grease (Q/SY-5-79).
6. If you find that the crushing temperature is rising and the speed of discharging is low, please clean the filter bag inside of the dust-collecting box in time.
7. The time of change the grease is 2000 hours, the grease is fed 1/2(on the top) and 3/4(at the bottom), you should not feed too much grease, and it will raise the temperature of bearing.
8. The screw conveyor does not need grease but need clear usually.
9. Elimination of the trouble of the pulse dust-collecting box

(1). the powder and dust leaks

The way of inspection:

1. Is the way of installation of the core of the filter right? The rubber ring of core of the filter is toward inside and press with the inside of the carapace, the core and core should be mutually adhibited tightly (you only press by hand).
2. Is the nut of inside cover of the filter tight?
3. Can the core of the filter well prevent to leak? (please inspect whether there is dust on the surface of inside of the core)

Note:

Please change the broken filtration box if you find that the core of the filter is broken.

(2).The material is stopped in the material storehouse (The material can not discharge in time).

The way of inspection:

1. The material is stopped in the material storehouse and the material can not be discharged.
2. The powder and dust in the storehouse accumulate in the core of filter which affects the core of filter to spout and clean.
3. The malfunction of the gate blower
4. Electromagnetism pulse value is broken.

Note: You can not store the material in the storehouse long time and please let the material discharge continuously.

VII. Instruction of accessorial machine

This device includes both the high efficient cyclone dust-collecting set and the impulse dust-collecting set. Each one can be chose according to the customer’s requirement. This machine has the characteristic of dust-collecting with high efficient, perfect appearance. It can be widely used in the small plant or small room. This machine not only has high effect, little resistance and reliable capability but also has good application for leaking air.

When running, please make sure that the motor, impeller and discharge in proper condition. Please seal the cyclone dust-collecting and pipe so that it can improve the efficiency. This device should be filled the pressure air, which should be 0.6Mpa.The air exhaust should be 8 cubic meter. The air compressor needs to be provided by the customer.
